For more than 20 years, Mr. Tuller has lent his broad experience and expertise to clients faced with high-stakes litigation. Drawing upon his background in both psychology and law, he works with law firm, corporate and insurance clients to help them more clearly understand the strengths and weaknesses of their cases from the trier-of-fact’s perspective. He regularly conducts focus groups and mock trials, develops opening and closing statements, conducts witness evaluation and communication training, develops juror profiles and assists in court with jury selection, and helps trial teams to refine key case themes and trial strategy.

Mr. Tuller has been retained in more than 600 matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States across many areas of the law including product liability, professional malpractice, toxic tort/environmental, intellectual property, medical malpractice, employment, catastrophic personal injury, white collar crime, insurance coverage and transportation, among others.

Mr. Tuller is a frequent speaker at law firms, corporate legal departments, and state and national CLE conferences on the subject of juror persuasion and litigation strategy.
