Suzanne L. Davis is a Social Psychologist and Litigation Consultant located in Atlanta, Georgia. Suzanne is an expert in designing and conducting all phases of pre-trial jury research, including mock trials and focus groups, and in translating research results into practical trial strategies. She has helped clients transform witnesses into persuasive communicators, and she is particularly adept at monitoring trials and providing actionable strategies on the spot. Additionally, she has interviewed hundreds of jurors after trial, identifying how they processed case evidence and reached their verdicts.
Suzanne has experience in a variety of cases, including insurance coverage/bad faith, pharmaceutical, intellectual property, professional malpractice, antitrust, contract disputes, employment, toxic tort, securities, medical malpractice, and product liability matters.
