This exhibit shows the anterior view of the right breast undergoing a bipedicle reduction procedure. The first step in this procedure is to create an incision and remove tissues including the medial glandular excess segment, lateral glandular excess segment, and the dermal flap. The excised tissue is removed and the dermal flaps suspend the dermoglandular pedicle. Lastly, the superior pedicle is folded and dermal flaps are placed on the inferior pedicle.
