This exhibit shows the posterior view of the cervical spine undergoing a laminectomy and repair of a CSF leak. During this procedure, the lamina is removed at C4 and C5 in order to expose the spinal cord and dura. Fat grafts are then sutured into place to close the open dural tear. Finally, DuraSeal is then applied over the sutures.
