Progression of Gallbladder Inflammation with Resulting Blockage of the Gastric Outlet
The progression of gallbladder inflammation resulting in the blockage of the gastric outlet. The early stages shows the inflamed gallbladder and bile flowing form the gallbladder into the duodenum and back into the stomach. The eventual condition shows the enlarged gallbladder pressing down on the gastric outlet, causing a buildup of bilious fluid within the stomach.
