This exhibit depicts a laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedure to remove the gallbladder. In this exhibit, the hepatocystic triangle is exposed after removing adhesions connected to the gallbladder and liver. The lower third of the gallbladder is then elevated from the liver to further expose the hepatocystic triangle. The hepatocystic triangle encompasses the cystic duct, common hepatic duct, and the common bile duct.
